Other MMO Writings

I started both my career in MMOs and blogging about them with World of Warcraft back in 2005, and with a blog called Priest with a Cause in 2008. I don't actually remember what cause I imagined myself to be championing at the time, I just happened to main a priest. I stopped playing WoW in 2012, but continued to update the blog with the occasional post dealing with subjects such as comments on BlizzCon or a new cinematic for a few years.

In 2015 I discovered the world of private servers and casually played on a couple of those for a while. With the release of Classic I've been excited to have a genuine reason to get back into the "real" game and talk about it.

Ever since its launch in 2013, I've also been playing Cryptic's Dungeons and Dragons MMO Neverwinter on and off. I made a blog to write about that too, though it's now retired as one too many systems changes trying to push additional monetisation eventually drove me away.
